  1. Samsung USB Driver
  2. Odin3
  3. Check the model number of your device by going to Settings>>About>>Model and download file according to model:
  1. Connect your smartphone to the computer using USB data cable.
  2. Unzip and install Samsung USB Driver into your computer if you already have not installed.
  3. Enable USB Debugging on your smartphone by going to Settings>>Developer options and tick USB Debugging.
  4. Disconnect your Galaxy S6 Edge from your computer.
  5. Switch off your smartphone and boot into Odin mode by pressing and holding Volume down, Power and home button together.
  6. Connect device again with computer and press Volume up button to confirm Odin mode.
  7. Unzip Odin3 file and open Odin into your computer.
  8. Unzip the file you downloaded from 3rd step of downloads file into your computer.
  9. Click on AP in Odin and select the file with .tar.md5 extension that you get from 8th step.
  10. Before starting the root process make sure that only “F.Reset Time” and “Auto Reboot” is selected in options list of Odin.
  11. Click on Start button to begin the rooting process of your Galaxy S6 Edge.
After finishing this process properly your Galaxy S6 Edge is rooted.You can check root access using the Root Checker app.
