How to Root Samsung Galaxy On7 on Marshmallow and flash TWRP recovery

Step to Install TWRP Recovery on Galaxy On7

  1. Install the Samsung USB Driver and unzip the Odin3 file on your computer.
  2. Enable Developer options by going to Settings>>About and tap no Build number 7 times.
  3. Enable USB Debugging by going to Settings>>Developer options and tick USB Debugging.
  4. Power off your smartphone and boot into download mode by pressing and holding Volume down, Home and Power button together.
  5. Connect your smartphone to your computer using a data cable.
  6. Open Odin3.exe software on your computer.
  7. In options menu of Odin make sure that only “Auto reboot” and “F.Reset time” is selected.
  8. Click on AP button and select TWRP_3.0.2-1_SM-G600FY_141016.tar.
  9. Click on Start button to begin the process.

  1. Move the file into internal storage of your smartphone.
